Calligraphy is a visual art related to writing. It’s the implementation of lettering with a broad tip tool, brush, and other writing material. Brush-lettering is a very popular form of calligraphy, and it is well-known for its usage in Bullet Journals and Aesthetic Journals. It is relatively easier than modern calligraphy (as that requires a proper dip pen/fountain pen).
In order to try out brush-lettering, you’ll definitely need a proper brush-pen. I would personally recommend the Tombow Fudenosuke (they come in three types: hard tip, soft tip, twin tip) and the Pentel Sign Pens with Flexible Tips (if you want a variation of colors).
Most of the time, people get overwhelmed by the things they see other skilled people doing on the Internet, and resort to accepting that they can’t do what others do. However, that’s not right. Everyone is capable of everything, and it’s just us that says we can’t.
